Calculus Advisors Llp is looking for a Dispatch Executive to join its team in South Bopal, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Oversee The Transportation And Delivery Of Goods While Ensuring Cost-Efficiency. Coordinate With Carriers, Warehouses, And Clients To Maintain Smooth Supply Chain Flow. Monitor Inventory Levels And Resolve Shipment Issues. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office and Email etiquette
• Male Only
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and well spoken
