We Are Looking For A Highly Organized And Proactive Executive Assistant Who Can Support Senior Management By Ensuring Smooth Coordination, Effective Follow-Ups, And Efficient Documentation. The Ideal Candidate Must Be Detail-Oriented, Responsible, And Strong In Communication. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: MS Office, Basic accounting, Typing, Email etiquette
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and well spoken

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
