Requirements

• Comfortable with KYC, Customer acquisition, Compliance, MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A trustworthy, detail-oriented attitude

Salary

Salary: ₹20,500 – ₹22,500 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
