Your responsibilities

As a Vendor Management Executive, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Word, Quotation Management, Record Management

Compensation
