Capital Elevators is looking for a Back Office Assistant to join its team in BEML Layout Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
