Recovery Executive

Capital Hind is looking for a Recovery Executive to join its team in Tis hazari, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Hindi and English, Active listening and CRM tools
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A customer-first, calm under pressure attitude
