Account Assistant

Capitol Machine Tools Pvt Ltd is looking for an Account Assistant to join its team in Rabale, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹19,000/month.

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• You'll coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, GST, Bank reconciliation
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and accurate
