Care Health Insurance is hiring an Agency Development Manager in Civil Lines, Kanpur. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month. There are 10 open positions.

An Agency Manager Is Responsible For Recruiting, Training, And Managing A Team Of Agents/Advisors Who Sell Insurance Products. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of CRM, Presentation, Lead generation and Customer handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confident and self-motivated

Day-to-day work

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
