Manage Daily Shelter/Hospital Operations, Coordinate Rescues, And Supervise Staff (Rescuers, Drivers, Cleaners). Handle Emergency Calls, Assign Field Teams, And Track Ambulance Movement. Work Closely With Veterinary Doctors To Ensure Proper Treatment, Medication, And Case Follow-Ups. Maintain Records (Admissions, Discharges, Reports) And Manage Inventory. Resolve Public Complaints And Support Field Situations.Requirements: Experience In Animal Welfare, Strong Leadership, Ability To Handle Emergencies, Basic Knowledge Of Dog/Cat Behavior, Good Communication (Hindi/English/Gujarati).Note: Field Office Role Physically And Emotionally Demanding. Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Compensation

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
