Prepare Hr Letters, Reports, And Documentation. Coordinate With Clients For Hr-Related Requirements And Support. Visit Client Locations Whenever Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, HRMS, Screening, Payroll
