Source, Screen, And Shortlist Candidates Through Job Portals, Linkedin, And Other Hiring Platforms.Coordinate Interviews And Follow Up With Candidates And Hiring Managers.Maintain Strong Stakeholder Management And Ensure Timely Hiring Updates.Build And Maintain A Pipeline Of Quality Candidates. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, your work will include:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Payroll, HRMS, Screening, Recruitment
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, confidential attitude

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
