Job Responsibilities: Handle Customer Queries Through Calls, Emails, Or Chats. Provide Information About Products And Services. Resolve Customer Complaints And Issues Professionally. Maintain Good Customer Relationships.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, Negotiation, Customer handling and Presentation
• Basic English

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹21,000 – ₹23,000 per month.
