Hiring For Customer Care Executive. 6 Days Working. 1 Day Weekly Off. 6 Months Exp In Bpo Sector. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Lead generation, Negotiation, Local market knowledge, Target achievement
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confident and persuasive
