We Are Seeking A Detail-Oriented And Proactive Business Development Coordinator / Proposal & Research Analyst To Support Our Business Development Team. This Role Is Focused On Proposal Preparation, Market Research, Client Documentation, And Administrative Coordination To Help Drive New Client Acquisition And Business Growth Within The Us Staffing. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Presentation, Customer handling, Local market knowledge and Negotiation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are target-driven and confident
