Human Resource Manager

Carnivale Enterprises is looking for a Human Resource Manager to join its team in Greater Noida (West), Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Labour law basics, Screening and Recruitment
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and people-oriented

What you get

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
