What you will do
Your main tasks will be to:
- Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
- Manage collections and track overdue accounts
- You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
- Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
Eligibility
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Graduate or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Financial products, Compliance, Documentation and KYC
- No English required
- More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
- A detail-oriented, ethical attitude
