Calling Clients On Services/Complaint Due& Line Up Technician Visit. Take Feedback From Clients After Service/Technician Completes The Same. Make Quotation/Invoices. Coordinate With Technician To Fix Schedule Of Complaints/Service, Check There Report & Upload In Software, Generate E Way Bill, Rto,Logistics,Insurance. Submission Of Mis Related To Product Support, Liaison With Principle For Spares, Warranty & Other Matters To Expedite The Customer Services. Spare Parts Target To Be Met Through Team Of Technician & Calling Client. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month.

What you will do

As a Service Coordinator, your work will include:

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi
• You are polite and customer-first
