Compensation

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word
