Generate And Qualify Leads Through Calls, Referrals, Digital Platforms, And Field Activities.Develop And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients, Investors, And Channel Partners.Understand Customer Requirements And Recommend Suitable Residential Or Commercial Properties.Arrange And Conduct Property Site Visits And Presentations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Power Point | Skills Needed : Email

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Basic Excel, Email, Ms Power Point
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
