Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Additional Incentive Will Be Paid If Collection Targets Are Achieved. Also Candidate Needs To Be Dra Certified. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Skills: CRM tools, Hindi and English, Typing speed, Active listening
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
