Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: CRM tools, Complaint handling, Hindi and English, Verbal communication
• Basic English
