We Are Looking For A Motivated And Confident Loan Telecalling Executive To Join Our Team. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Calling Potential Customers, Explaining Loan Products, And Generating Leads For Business Loans. Type : Sales, Outbound, Mutual Funds | Languages : Punjabi, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Who can apply

• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Punjabi and Sales
