Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Billing / POS, Communication, Guest service, Food & beverage service
• No English required
