Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What you will do

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Skills and qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, International, Malayalam and Outbound
