Responsilbe For Scheduling Interviews, Conducting Meetings, Training And Interviews, Managing Staff Salary, Pf, Bonus, Solving Employees Problems.We Are Looking For An Experienced Hr Executive To Manage End-To-End Recruitment And Hiring Activities. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Sourcing Candidates, Conducting Interviews, Coordinating With Clients And Candidates, And Closing Positions Within Timelines. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Screening, MS Excel, HRMS, Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and good communicator
