The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Recruitment, Employee Management, Attendance & Payroll Coordination, Hr Policies, Employee Relations, Documentation, And Ensuring Smooth Hr Processes. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: HRMS, Payroll, Labour law basics, Screening
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are people-oriented and organised

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
