What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Salary

You will be paid ₹23,500 – ₹28,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Tally
• Basic English
