Chemion Speciality Chemical is hiring a Business Development Executive in Hadapsar, Pune. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Lead generation, Customer handling, Presentation and Target achievement
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone target-driven and self-motivated

Compensation

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

• Interview timings: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
• Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
