Chennai Tiles is looking for a Construction / Site Supervisor to join its team in Poonamallee, Chennai. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Plan, Design, And Oversee Construction Projects To Ensure Safety And Compliance With Standards. Collaborate With Architects, Contractors, And Clients To Meet Project Goals. Conduct Site Inspections To Monitor Progress And Resolve Technical Issues.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Site supervision, AutoCAD, Quantity estimation, Billing
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone good communicator and field-ready

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and maintain site records
• Check quality of work and materials on site
• Coordinate with contractors, architects and clients
• Supervise site work as per drawings and specifications
• Prepare measurements, bills and progress reports
• Plan manpower, material and daily progress
