What the job involves

As a Telesales Executive, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, International, Outbound and Sales
