We Are Seeking A Motivated Real Estate Sales Executive To Generate Leads, Advise Clients On Property Options, And Close Sales. The Role Involves Site Visits, Negotiations, And Maintaining Strong Client Relationships. Candidates Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, A Sales-Driven Mindset, And Knowledge Of The Local Real Estate Market. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | License | Should Have : Bike | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate, Insurance, Loan

Key responsibilities

• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bike, Insurance, License, Loan and Real Estate
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹55,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
