Chhabra Properties has an opening for a Sales Executive based in Greater Noida (West), Delhi. 15 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Real Estate, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
