Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Attending Vistors And Managing Book Keeping. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Email, Computer | Internet Surfing, MS Word, Record Management

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word, Record Management
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
