Maintain Regular Follow-Ups With Customers Regarding Service Updates, Feedback, And Issue Resolution. Record And Track Service Tickets. Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Basic Excel, Computer, Handling Invoices, Manage Operations, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
