We Are Looking For A Dynamic Telecaller To Connect With Prospective Students And Generate Leads For Our Courses. The Role Involves Making Outbound Calls, Explaining Course Details, And Identifying Interested Candidates. The Telecaller Will Also Handle Follow-Ups, Schedule Demo Sessions, And Maintain Lead Records. Strong Communication Skills In Hindi And Basic English Are Essential. A Target-Oriented Approach With A Positive Attitude Is Required. Type : Sales | Languages : English, Hindi

Salary

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
