Key responsibilities

As an Hr Admin Executive, your work will include:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, Labour law basics and Recruitment
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
