What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly.
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service

• Skills: Guest service, Billing / POS, Food & beverage service, Communication
