What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Procurement, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
