We Are Looking For A Proactive And Customer-Focused Calling Executive Who Will Manage Customer Relationships, Handle Follow-Up Calls, And Drive Repeat Sales Through Structured Database Management.Kpi Maintain And Update Customer Database Make Outbound Calls For Follow-Ups, Trials, Inform Customers About New Collections, Offers & Festive Alterations. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing speed, CRM tools, Hindi and English, Active listening
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone patient and customer-first
