Civilis Infra Private Limited is looking for an Hr Executive to join its team in Umarwada, Surat. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

We Are Looking For A Responsible, Proactive, And Organized Hr Executive With Approximately 1 Year Of Experience To Support Day-To-Day Hr Operations. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Recruitment, Employee Coordination, Attendance And Leave Management, Hr Documentation, Onboarding, And General Hr Administration. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

As an Hr Executive, your work will include:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, HRMS, Screening and Payroll
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and confidential

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
