The Role Involves Handling Inbound And Outbound Queries, Guiding Customers On Self-Service Portals .Candidates Should Be Willing To Work In Us Shifts. Prior International Voice Experience Is Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound | Languages : English

Key responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Outbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
