The Grievance Executive Is Responsible For Handling And Resolving Patient Or Customer Complaints Efficiently Within Defined Timelines. The Role Ensures High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction While Maintaining Compliance With Healthcare Policies And Regulatory Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Typing, Data entry, Record keeping, MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken
