Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, Complaint handling, Active listening and CRM tools

• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are polite and calm under pressure

Key responsibilities

As a Customer Support Manager, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
