The Erp Support Executive Is Responsible For Providing First-Level Support And Maintenance Of The Erp System. This Role Involves Troubleshooting User Issues, Coordinating With Internal Teams And Vendors, Assisting With User Training, And Ensuring Data Integrity And Process Efficiency Across Business Functions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Active listening, Hindi and English and Typing speed
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone customer-first and patient
