Experienced In Facility And Administration Operations, Including Biometric Access, Cctv Monitoring, Vendor Coordination, Invoice Processing, Inventory, Telecom, Petty Cash, Transport, And Audit Support. Skilled In Documentation, Tracker Management, And Ensuring Smooth Day-To-Day Office Operations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Email, Computer | Basic Excel, Internet Surfing

Key responsibilities

• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
