The Role Includes Handling Customer Queries Through Online Chat, Assisting With Product Bookings, Returns, Exchanges, Reverse Pickups, Order Tracking, And Resolving Customer Issues In A Professional Manner. Candidates Should Have Good English And Hindi Communication Skills. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
