We Are Hiring A Customer Support Executive For Our E-Commerce Apparel Brand. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Customer Queries And Managing Day-To-Day Customer Support Operations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi, Inbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
