Cmit Institute is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its team in Mulund East, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month.

- Drive B2C & B2B Sales For It & Foreign Language Courses In Offline At Branches And Online Mode.- Generate Leads Through Field Visits, Cold Calling, Networking & Digital Channels.- Build Corporate, College, School & Ngo Tie-Ups For Training Programs.- Achieve Monthly Sales, Enrolment & Revenue Targets.- Conduct Presentations, Negotiate And Close Deals.- Build Strong Client & Institutional Relationships.- Identify New Markets And Business Growth Opportunities.- Be Street-Smart, Proactive & Willing To Travel.- Use Crm, Whatsapp, Excel, Ai & Digital Tools For Sales Growth.- Manage Follow-Ups, Sales Pipeline And Mis Reporting. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Power Point, Advanced Excel

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel and Ms Power Point
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Power Point, Advanced Excel
• Someone persuasive and target-driven

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

As a Business Development Manager, your work will include:

• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
