The Role Also Requires Supporting Industrial Relations Initiatives And Maintaining A Positive Work Environment Across Business Locations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Payroll, MS Excel, Screening
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and confidential

What you get

You will be paid ₹28,000 – ₹38,000 per month.
