• Comfortable with Documentation, KYC, Financial products, MS Excel

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

As a Cash Collection, your work will include:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
